We have developed a newsletter that is designed to increase awareness in the scope of work performed at our laboratory, the type of cases we may be able to assist with, and the outcome of notable cases and trials we have been involved in.

The testimony by the other expert was that “no conclusion” could be reached based on the evidence she could examine (she did not do the chemical testing of the ink).

This evidence was presented at trial to the jury with the aid of blow-ups of the testing results.

Based on the other expert’s conclusion, the plaintiff attempted to add a spoliation claim for the “missing documents”.

At the hearing, the ESDA film was presented as part of the expert testimony.
